Preformed Suspension Clamp for ADSS

Product Structure:

1.Inner preformed rods: Aluminium alloy rods.It directly enlaces outer layer of ADSS.

2.Outer preformed rods: Made of aluminium alloy.

Application:

The preformed suspension clamp is to suspend the ADSS cable on the transmission line tower.The preformed suspension clamp is mainly used for the connection of optical cable to linear tower or a tower with a corner less than 25 degrees,one set per tower.The combination of inner and outer preformed armor rods can prevent the optical cable from bending and reduce the vibration. 

Development:

The preformed helical suspension clamp first appeared in the United States in the 40s and 50s of the 20th century.The original product was a spiral grommet for stress concentration of bare wires and protection of electric corrosion and arc burnt position.After years of development,Preformed dead end guy grip fittings have been widely used in power transmission and distribution,optical fiber communication,electrified railway,cable TV,construction,agriculture and other fields.
