The main function of Grading Ring for Insulator is to keep the insulation of the line stable and evenly distributed, and to effectively prevent damage to power lines from natural disasters such as surges, arcs, and lightning.

Grading Ring for Insulator consists of a set of circular metal rings separated by insulating materials and installed on an insulator. When voltage occurs in a power transmission line, the insulator voltage equalizing ring can evenly distribute the voltage to each insulator to avoid local breakdown caused by excessive voltage on a certain insulator, thus ensuring the normal operation of the line.
