Descriptions:

The cotter pin of u shackle is stainless steel, the other parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.

Application:

The U type shackle is made of hot-dip galvanized steel,of which mainly used for overheard transmission line and substation. It is forged by round steel and could be single or series used.The u shackle for overhead power line widely used to change the angle and lengthen the strain insulators.

Technology requirements:

1.The general technology requirements of U bolt should be accordance with the regulations for GB2314-85<General Technology Specifications for Electric Power Fittings>  

2.The link size of u shackles should be accordance with the regulations GB2315-85<Rated Failure load Series for Electric Power Fittings and Part Link Size>
