Power line fittings can be divided into six types,that is supporting fitting,tightening fitting,link fitting,splicing fitting,protective fitting and guy wire fitting.Moreover,it can be divided into standard fitting and non-standard fitting in accordance with manufacturing and technology.
The U type ball clevis set belongs to link fitting,which is mainly used to assemble suspension type insulators into strings and connect one string or many strings to hang in the cross arm on the pole tower.The link fitting used in connection of suspension clamps and tension clamps with insulators and connection of guy wire fitting with pole tower.
